Hi everyone!  After restoring a 50cc 2-stroke Chinese TNG just over a year ago, I started buzzin' around my neighborhood and got hooked!  Quickly out grew that one and added a 4-stroke South Korean 125cc (Daelim) to my family, added an M-1 motorcycle endorsement to my drivers license and hit the open road!  More speed, bigger tires, and better build quality deepened my love for being on two wheels but power was still a little wanting so, I just bought a Japanese 600cc Maxi Scoot (Honda Silverwing) and feel like I finally found MY ride...very comfortable, power to spare, and plenty of storage.  The Daelim is nice but really lovin' my SWing!  That said, would love to add a radio/stereo to her for those long rides.  Any ideas on how best to do that?  Honda is no longer making SWings for the American Market and mine is a 2003 (if that matters) and I want the final result to look clean...like it came from the factory with a radio clean.

I mounted speakers on my 2009 Tmax and you could barely hear them above 45 mph or so.
I have a bluetooth headset now.
The battery will last almost 2 full riding days.

Thank you EZMark.  Good point about not being able to hear the speakers at speed.  Bluetooth definitely makes sense...still kind of want speakers...if for nothing more than the occasional impromptu parking lot party!

Welcome to the forum and maxi-scootin' in general.
IIRC there's more than a few of our members in your neck of the woods.

Welcome!  I'm snowbirding in Leesburg, and brought my Majesty here. When I need tunes while touring, I use an XM receiver stuck on the windshield with the suction cup thingy-I move it between bikes-and plug a set of helmet speakers into it. Great sound while at speed, but not so good for jammin' in the parking lot.

I had mounts like this on my both brake reservoirs on my Tmax. Mounted the speakers on the inside holes, the RAM ball on the outside holes for my cell phone and gps.
