Quite windy and the rolling sea is beckoning ....
A great day to be a Peggy's and if not there a good day for a look at the web cam for a view of some decent waves.

The picture is a bit hazey from the salt spray but the view isn't bad.

That's pretty.  I love seascapes like that.  Looks like it's a beautiful day there.  Not so much here, today.

Not to be a broken record ... but it is a another windy day here  today (Wed, Nov 14th) with gusts to 80kph  and greater.  That means huge waves at Peggy's Cove.

And if you look and think it is cold here ... you are right.  With the wind they are calling for wind chill temperature this afternoon in the -18°C range .... brrrrrrrrr.....

Maggie, what camera are you using?  You take some really nice images.  Great color and resolution.

Thanks.  And they say cellphone cameras aren't really cameras.  I've got an iPhone 8plus and it seems to take pretty good photos.  I'd never make a 16x20 print from one, as it would likely be way too grainy, but for the screen, they look pretty darned good.  And then one has to know how to take pictures, of course.

(Edit)
I just Googled that Samsung camera.  It looks much like my Sony A6300, and the specs are similar, only my lens is slightly different.  Cameras like that give you more versatilty over a cellphone camera, and the larger sensor allows the ability to make larger prints that are clear and sharp.

This is a 16x20 from an iPhone 8 Plus.  Granted I manipulated the original picture.

This is a smaller print from an iPhone 8 Plus that Pete took in Ireland.

With instagram and Facebook being our digital photo albums I rarely carrying a camera on vacations now.

Not bad for an iPhone.  I have the iPhone 8Plus, too.
