What year? Is the motor still running but the wheel just isn't turning? Any noise from motor or rear or other place? Any symptoms prior to the stop? Mileage?
OFF the top of my head, First guess is belt broke. Expensive. Second guess is one of the gears in the swing arm going back to the rear wheel. Probably just a few hundred in the shop.
IF your model is one of the older (pre 2009?) then google "Stopper bolt for Burgman 650".
It may be something simple. Maybe this will get someone with more knowledge to input and get to the root of your problem.
FWIW: I'm not an expert. I've had the B650 and read up a lot on the few problems it has on the BurgmanUSA site.
Edit: I see you are cross posting to other thread. Please keep it to one thread to focus all answers together. Your post on the other thread answers some of my questions above: Quote: "I have an 2005 650 burgman, i was riding and it stop moving. I turned the throttle and my back wheel doesn't turn. The bike starts but no movement, so do you guys have any idea what it could be?"

The year is a 2005, i turned the bolt under a cover that contains two 10 mm bolts and it turned the back wheel. It won't turn with the throttle turned. I don't understand

Two easy checks are the rear wheel brake locked up. Rear wheel splines stripped, lack of lube will strip the splines. Put on center stand, try to turn the back wheel. If it turns freely, start engine and see if the wheel turns when running at 2K. What your checking is rear wheel bearings, splines and brakes.
Those are the easy checks. Beyond that check the belt then CVT. The older Suzuki's had a fair amount of transmission issues.
