I know it's early but gives one an idea of temperatures to expect :-)  Don't think I'm packing Under Armour cold gear this year!

LOL.... I'm packing my Gerbing Heated Jacket.... just in case!!!
At 6,000 ft + on the BRP coming home it might get chilly especially if it rains. Riding cold and wet is NOT one of my options when it can be avoided.
I'm a Wussy at heart!

Besides, it might be snowing in Buffalo by mid-Sept anyway!

All kidding aside, this is the site I'm going to be monitoring during September......
One of these coming ashore thru the Gulf could really wreck havoc with riding. Fingers crossed they stay away this year.

That's a cold spell vs riding on the gulf coast.  Will be nice to ride in the cold weather up there. Air Tech riding jacket during the day, at night sweet shirt under it.  I wear frog togs in the summer for rain.  Still get air flow.

Never seen a day I cannot overcome with a smile.

Rain??? We don't need no stinking rain!! As of yesterday we exceeded what is the normal annual rainfall amount for the Hendersonville, NC area.

Kymco GTi 300 and  Honda Elite 150 + 11 others in the past.
