I rode a 250 enduro for a few months 30 years ago and decided I had a lot to look forward to in life, and didn't want to risk my ass on a bike.  Now, with 30 self-indulgent years of hedonistic pursuits under my belt I decided to get my MC endorsement and a beginner scoot.
I was looking for a Honda Reflex ABS or Burg 400 ABS when I stumbled upon a 2007 Morphous with 3500 miles, some minor cosmetic scuffs at a local motorsports dealer for asking price of $1500+400 dealer fees, etc.  I had $2000 in my pocket and was ready to make an offer, but was told it was almost 4pm closing on Sat and to come back Tues morning to do the deal.  An hour later I searched Craigslist for Morphous and found another 2007 with 2100 miles, also for $1500, being sold as part of an estate about 90 miles away.  Two hours later and $1100 lighter, I rode off on my like new Morphous.  I don't think I've heard of a better deal on one yet.   I'm just sorry I didn't buy them both because I love "Raven" so much...lol.

Love to find another local Morphous owner to learn/do maintenance together, ride, order parts etc.

Also looking for crazy scooter riding flower friendly girlfriend ride pal.

Put on and removed a pair of 80 watt LED running lights as they were drawing about 8 amps and believe it or not, it was affecting my spark, performance and mileage.
Chrome mirror extensions.
Cee-bailey tall windshield with stainless mount hardware.
Custom rail mounted rack.
Rear top box w/LED
Rok straps - these are awesome!
Dorky "don't care how it looks" SOLAS retro-reflective tape
Bikes on my list to buy:
BMW C-Evolution
Honda NM4
Zero RS
1989 Honda Hawk GT
Yamaha WR250
Yamaha TMax

Welcome, Markas, from a long-time Morphous owner and rider.

Pictures or it didn't happen!  :D  Dorky reflective tape on a Morphous rocks! Here's a photo from a long-ago thread.

Welcome from Athens, Greece.

Please tell me that you went back to that dealer Tuesday AM and showed him your new ride. I'm sure his boss would want to see it too.

As much as I like my Morphous, it didn't have quite enough ooomph for my riding, so I'm in the process of doing the 400 swap. You'll find the aftermarket woefully lacking-good thing it doesn't need much to be a great riding machine. Mine too is black but with reflective gold pinstriping.  For additional lighting I added a pair of18watt LED driving lights, a row of red LEDs around my top box and some yellow LEDs under the drivers floorboards. I want to make sure I'm seen. Before it goes back together, after the engine swap, I'd like to get the wheels powder coated.

Great scoot, I had one last year for a while, ordered a new Cee Bailey's tall dark windshield and sold the scoot before I received the windshield. I'd make you a good deal on it. I only sold it because I got an offer I couldn't refuse then bought a Vespa.

Welcome to the forum from South New Jersey!

My mother and sister live in Portland, and I love whenever I can visit. It's a great state and city for riding. I Have to figure out how to get my bike there from Jersey without having to ride it, or just set aside time for a cross continent road trip.
