This guy's mother-in-law comes to live with him and after about 3 weeks he comes home one afternoon to find her passed out, laying on the floor. He calls 911; they come and take her to the hospital.

After an hour or so the doctor comes out and says, "I've got some good news and some bad news, which do you want first?"

"Well", says the guy, "give me the bad news."

"She's suffered a massive stroke but she should live for another 20 or 30 years. She can't speak any more and she continually screeches like a parrot. She's lost the use of her arms so you're going to have to feed her 3 times a day. She's also incontinent so you're going to have to clean her up too."

"Oh my God!", cries the guy, "What's the good news?"

"I'm just screwing with yea, she died."
