If you cook a ham Maggie save the bone and get some dried peas. It is very simple to make and combined with some good Italian bread makes a fine light winter meal. Worth the effort every time.

Simmered a couple of boneless pork country ribs with onions, mushrooms, garlic and brown rice in a little cast iron skillet And plated it up with some steamed French cut green beans with slivered almonds and just a touch of Cardini's Caesar dressing.

I have been craving hot dogs! So tonight all beef dogs and the works!
What do you like on your hot dog??
I like an all beef hot dog, fresh bun, mustard, ketchup and LOTS of onions! On the side a kosher dill slice.

I'll add relish and peppers to that hot dog on a poppyseed bun. And brown mustard, very important.
