OK "Ranch Style Beans" "Yukon Gold Potatoes" guessing potatoes that are grown in the Yukon "Frozen Pizza" might have been an idea to cook it first. We don't get NFL until a Sunday night, and its live "12 lb pork shoulder roast ?? 12 lb, how many were you feeding? Last night we had a Welsh Rarebit tonight pork steaks

Ranch Style Beans is a brand of beans. It is red beans cooked with a chili powder based seasoning blend that gives the juice a chili taste.
Yukon Gold Potatoes are a potato hybrid that has a gold color flesh with a slight buttery flavor.

Technically this is lunch... Had a little trouble with the oven, meaning I didn't pay attention to the temp and cooked my pizza 100 degrees higher than I was supposed to. Enjoying burnt pizza bread now.

Stir Fry
Bison (Buffalo) sausage, out of the garden: peppers, zucchini, onion and okra and store bought mushrooms. Topped with organic eggs poaches.
This is our fav protein meal.

What a decadent supper we had last night. Smoked ribs, homemade mac and cheese ala Paula Deen, homemade coleslaw, twice baked potato salad, tomatoes with goat cheese and for dessert homemade apple bundt cake.

Maggie -- you are just a big tease telling us about your 'decadent' meals. Next thing you should do is include recipes (or maybe start a new category -- Meals on Wheels.

Today I made some BB Backs. rubbed one with Famous Daves & two with Texas original Rub. Glazed half with some SBR & the other half with a 50/50 blend Apple Juice & Honey. Never really cared much for ribs until I started making my own.

My next door neighbour went fishing early this morning in the Nitinat River on the west coast of the Island.
Got his limit of Coho Salmon all of 8-12 lbs each.
He dropped off two very fresh Coho salmon steaks, which we had for dinner.
Baked with herbs and spices, sliced lemons and oranges on top. Baked in tin foil and then finished with a broil.
They were delicious.
Had it with Spanish rice and Lima beans.
