What are cherry brats?

We get them from Swiss Meats here is how they define a cherry brat:

A fruit sausage with real cherries ground with extra lean cuts of pork.

Swiss Meats has 53 varieties of brats/sausages!

http://www.swissmeats.com/

They have the best brisket in the world!

I got a little confused as to the use of "brats".

I thought you had thrown some naughty children onto the grill
