Only thing I can remember from one of our rides is the one that looked like one of those talking fish hang up thingies.  That certainly wasn't worth stopping to take a picture.

That's fun!  Can't think of anything I've seen around here either.  I'll keep my eyes open.

Very cool... one of my favorite mail boxes is not fun looking but functional.

Along the Great River Road south of Chester, IL there is a mailbox attached to a pulley system that go to a house up on the bluff.

It was either go to the Gym or go fro a ride. Since I knew where there was one mailbox to "shoot" I headed out there. On my way I spotted this one,
Not to artistic but out of the ordinary for this neighborhood anyway,

Then on to "shoot" the one I was looking for.

And it shoots Silverbullets!!

Then oddly enough this was a couple miles up the road!

Beautiful 75 degree day for a ride. 94 miles.
Lets see some of the art in your neighborhood!

I like em all but paragon would love the pistol and Crabbypants would too.
The mannequin has a Christmas Story feel to it.  The dresser should try mesh stockings.

I must have driven by 10000 mail boxes in NY, NH, Vermont, Que and Ontario and didn't see one that measures up to the lofty standards posted here.

Diane had to work today & I was bored so I grabbed the camera & took off. These were found in about a 30 mile radius.
Looks like someone built around this one,

A farm tractor,

An old truck,

And the grand puba of the day is....

Anybody else find anything cool?

Thanks Dan. I'm not back to work yet. Doc says my bones are taking their time healing. In his words, "Your not 40 anymore. Its hard to just sit around!! I've been riding the Wing a bit, not exceeding my limitations. Short trips once or twice a week. Since I don't use my upper body to get it off its side stand. I go back to the Doc the day after we get back from the rally.

The Helix is so much more comfortable & easier to manuver. I Love riding the Wing. Torn on which bike I should bring. I would love to bring the Wing & have fun with it there! Common sense is aying bring the Helix.
