Have an '08 400 bought as a leftover last year. Like it but wish it was faster off the line. Lots of tailgaiters in my neck of the woods. Don't necessarily need 100 mph but would appreciate a faster 0-60. As for mileage I consistently get 58 mpg as calculated the old fashioned way, and the computer comes pretty close. I did notice that cruising at 70+ mph will drop the mileage considerably due to the revs and wind resistance.

You might wish to try Dr Pulley Sliding weights for your acceleration. If that isn't enough, then a HiT clutch will help as well. The DPS weights will bring your revs closer to the max torque and hp rpm range, and the HiT clutch will eliminate the clutch slippage from 0-20 mph.
