I did a double-take, put the Corolla
in reverse, got out and walked around
this and still don't know what it is.
(Downtown Panama City, FL 3Jun12)

Anybody in the Piaggio camp have a clue?

Looks like a modded & repainted P200E. They were built from early 70's to 80's.

I saw the "P200E" on the side
but didn't know if that was a
model number.

OMG!  I finally did some research
and lookie what I discovered on
Wikipedia:



Vespa 150 TAP, modified
