The Kelly blue book listing I looked up was 2150. then i looked up other people who are selling and seen them going for 2500ish so I gave myself Le-way but yes the price is high and I plan to lower it.

There are usually two listings in KBB, the retail price and the trade-in price.  You should be using the trade-in price as your starting point.  Smart to look around and see what other bikes are selling for.
