Hi I’m Marty
I started riding at the age of 10 on my brother’s bike in the hay fields on the farm.
Got my M endorsement at the age of 17. I got into mopeds and scooters in 2000 and have not looked back. Many of you may know me from the (IRSSR) “Iron Range Super Scooter Rally” or (STO) “SCOOTING THE OZARKS” rallies. I put 5000 to 7000 miles in about 7 months. I ride in all kinds of weather. I start riding in the spring when a good rain cleans off the salt on the roads and put my 2008 Burgman in storage when the salt truck come out at the start of winter. That can be any day now!

I was an Automobile mechanic for 10 years then went back to school and have been doing mechanical designer work for 24 years. Using AutoCAD and Solidwork software.

I stared a business in 2009 called Traveling2Wheel and sell Motorbike accessories.  Someday I would like to have a store, maybe when I retire. Now I just do motorcycle shows, rallies and swap meets manly in Wisconsin and the Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I also have a web site www.traveling2wheel.com
I only sell products that I use or believe in. Many of them are USA made! Many of the products that I sell make your ride more enjoyable or safer so you ride more.

I am doing a 4 week trip to the west coast and back in May 2012.
I will have lots of questions before I go on the trip.
I know that people in this form will have the answers for my questions.

It doesn’t matter what you ride
Just that you do ride!
