What about the "Big Ruckus"?  still very modifiable, only about 1K more(used) and very fast.  If you are just looking for an off road type mini bike then the Ruckus would be fine.  A top speed of 35 is too slow for most modern roads, most of our speed limits are 35-50 around town and you would get run over.
