hey my velocity scooter is giving me a problem it runs fine but when i come to a stop sign or stop light it idles for a second then dies. but if i give it a little throttle and brake at the same time it stays running. can you help and give me some suggestions??

Is this when the motor is cold or is it at anytime?

Check to see your air cleaner and tubing are not letting in too much air
Check the vent on your fuel cap. 
Do you have an evaporative canister on the bike?  Did this happen right after a fill-up?

So many things it could be but if it isn't fuel injected i understand the automatic choke often sticks on some of the 150cc scoots and others.
