Morpheus check engine light

2007 Morpheus, check engine light, code 46, removed battery and had tested (load tested) , reinstalled, upon start up I still have a check engine light, how do I reset?

I googled Yamaha Morphous Check Engine Light Code 46 and here's part of what I came up with regarding diagnosing the DTC.  

Code 46 appears to be an electrical related code .  In this person's case, his stator was bad. Below is the DTC procedure from the FSM he posted.  Perhaps it'll help you.  To reset the CEL light, make friends with Google.

Fault code No. 46 Symptom Power supply to the FI system relay is not normal.
Used diagnostic code No. – –

Inspect the coupler for any pins
that may have pulled out.
Check the locking condition of the

2 Faulty battery Replace or charge the battery.

• Between main switch and fuse (ignition)
brown/blue – brown/blue
• Between fuse (ignition) and engine stop switch

system relay
