Just curious about your variator purchase.  I see you have 17,000 miles.  Are you having issues with it?  Is that the usefull life?  This is my first scoot and I really don't know how long the "wearing" parts will last.  How about belt life on the RV250?
I went 15,000 miles on my belt before I replaced it and the belt still looked good. It might be undersized now though. I didn't check the width size. I'm keeping the old belt for a spare now.
My variator shows a little wear on it and will probably need replacing in another 5,000 miles.
I just replaced the spark plug after almost 18,000 miles.
I'm ready to put in a 3rd air filter after cleaning the dirty one that's in there now, once.
I replaced my front brake pads (right brake lever) after 16,000 miles. Left brake lever brakes will be replaced soon.
I'm a big guy (6'3", 260LBS) so wearing and replacing may differ a bit if someone is smaller.
